Elevate Health Is Wealth Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 17, 2026
At Elevate Health Is Wealth (“we,” “our,” or “us”), we value the privacy of individuals who visit our website and use our services (collectively, our “Services”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect the personal information of visitors to our Services (“you” or “your”). By using our Services, you agree to the collection, use, and processing of your information as described in this Privacy Policy.
Personal information is information that identifies or could reasonably be used to identify a specific person. It does not include deidentified or aggregated information.
1. Information You Provide to Us
Consultation Booking
When you schedule a wellness consultation through our booking form, we collect your name, email address, phone number, preferred wellness goal, requested appointment date and time, and any optional notes you choose to share. We use this information to confirm your appointment, create a calendar event on our business calendar, generate a Google Meet video conference link, and send you a confirmation email.
Contact Form
If you send us a message through our contact form, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and the content of your message. We use this information solely to respond to your inquiry.
2. Information Collected Automatically
Server and Infrastructure Logs
Our website is hosted on third-party infrastructure that may automatically record standard server access data — such as IP addresses, browser type, operating system, and pages requested — for security, reliability, and operational purposes. We do not control the specific data our hosting provider collects at the infrastructure level, and we do not use such data to identify or profile individual visitors.
Cookies and Similar Technologies
Our website may use cookies or similar technologies necessary for the site to function. Third-party services we use — including the Google Calendar and Google Meet APIs and our contact messaging platform — may also set their own cookies or use similar technologies when you interact with those features. We do not set advertising or tracking cookies. You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings, though disabling certain cookies may affect site functionality.
3. Our Use of Google Calendar and Google Meet
Our consultation booking system integrates with the Google Calendar API and Google Meet to schedule appointments and deliver video conference links. This section explains exactly how that integration works, what data is accessed, and how it is protected.
What Google Calendar Access We Request
Our application requests write access to our own business Google Calendar (https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar). This scope allows us to create calendar events on our business calendar when a consultation is booked.
We do not access, read, or modify your personal Google Calendar. The OAuth authorization is performed using our own business Google account credentials. You are never asked to authorize access to your own Google account as part of the booking process.
How We Use Google Calendar and Meet
When you complete a consultation booking, our system:
- Creates a calendar event on our business Google Calendar with the appointment date, time, and title;
- Generates a Google Meet video conference link attached to that calendar event;
- Includes the Meet link in the confirmation email sent to you; and
- Sends a notification to our team with the appointment details.
The Google Calendar API is used exclusively to write appointment events to our own business calendar and to generate Google Meet links. It is not used for any other purpose.
What Calendar Information Is Stored
When a booking is confirmed, we store the following in our own database: your name, email address, phone number, wellness goal, appointment date and time, any notes you provided, and the Google Meet link generated for your appointment. We also store the Google Calendar event ID so we can reference the event if needed.
We do not store any data retrieved from Google’s servers beyond the Meet link and event ID that our system itself created. We do not read or store any existing calendar events, contacts, or other data from any Google account.
Sharing of Google-Related Data
We do not share any data obtained through the Google Calendar API with third parties, except as follows:
- Google: By using the Google Calendar API and Google Meet, appointment data is processed by Google in accordance with Google’s Privacy Policy.
- Email delivery: Your name and email address are passed to a transactional email service solely to deliver your booking confirmation. That service is not authorized to use your information for any other purpose.
We do not sell, rent, or otherwise disclose Google user data to any other third party.
No Advertising, Analytics, or AI Training
Data obtained through the Google Calendar API — including any information derived from it — is not used for advertising or advertising targeting, is not used for analytics beyond the direct operation of our booking system, is not sold or transferred to data brokers or information resellers, and is not used to train artificial intelligence or machine learning models.
How Google-Related Data Is Protected
Our application accesses the Google Calendar API using OAuth 2.0. Google API credentials are managed through the application’s server-side secrets management system. These credentials are not intentionally exposed in public website content. The underlying hosting provider controls the storage infrastructure and its security measures. API calls are made exclusively from our server. We do not log or cache raw API responses beyond what is necessary to complete the booking transaction.
Google API Services User Data Policy
Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically:
- We use Google API data only to provide and improve the consultation booking feature described in this Privacy Policy;
- We do not transfer Google API data to others except as necessary to provide the booking service;
- We do not use Google API data for serving advertisements;
- We do not allow humans to read Google user data unless we have your affirmative agreement, it is necessary for security purposes, or it is required by law; and
- We do not use Google API data to train AI or machine learning models.
Revoking Google Access
Because our application uses our own business Google account credentials (not yours), there is no Google authorization for you to revoke on your end. Our application’s access to Google Calendar is controlled entirely by our business account.
If you would like us to delete the calendar event created for your appointment or remove your information from our system, please see the “Data Retention and Deletion” section below.
4. How We Use the Information We Collect
We use the information we collect to:
- Schedule your wellness consultation and confirm your appointment details;
- Create a calendar event on our business Google Calendar and generate a Google Meet link;
- Send you a booking confirmation email containing your appointment time and Meet link;
- Respond to inquiries submitted through our contact form;
- Detect and prevent fraud and respond to trust and safety issues; and
- Comply with applicable laws and legal obligations.
We do not use your information for advertising, marketing campaigns, or sale to third parties. We do not use your information to train artificial intelligence or machine learning models.
5. How We Share the Information We Collect
Google Services
As described in Section 3, we use the Google Calendar API and Google Meet to create appointment events and deliver video conference links. Appointment data is processed by Google in accordance with Google’s Privacy Policy. We do not share your information with Google for advertising purposes.
Email Delivery
We use a transactional email service to send booking confirmations and contact form responses. Your name and email address are passed to this service solely to deliver those messages. The service is not authorized to use your information for any other purpose.
Service Providers
We may share information with service providers who help us operate our website and deliver our Services, including our hosting provider and contact messaging platform. These providers are permitted to use your information only as necessary to provide services to us.
Legal Disclosures
We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, court order, or governmental authority, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Elevate Health Is Wealth, our clients, or others.
Business Transfers
In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any such change via a notice on our website.
6. Data Retention and Deletion
We retain consultation booking records and contact form submissions for as long as necessary to provide our services and fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.
If you would like to request deletion of your personal information — including any calendar event created for your appointment — please email us at [email protected] with the subject line “Data Deletion Request.” We will review your request and respond as promptly as reasonably practicable. We will delete your records from our systems — including any associated Google Calendar event — unless retention is required by applicable law.
7. Security
We make reasonable efforts to protect your information using administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to prevent unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. Our Google API credentials are stored as encrypted server-side secrets and are never exposed to the browser or to end users. Because no information system can be 100% secure, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information.
8. Children’s Privacy
We do not knowingly collect, maintain, or use personal information from children under 13 years of age, and no part of our Services is directed toward children. If you believe a child has provided us with information in violation of this Privacy Policy, please contact us at [email protected].
9. International Visitors
Our Services are hosted in the United States and are intended for use by individuals located within the United States. If you access our Services from outside the United States, please be aware that your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States.
10. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We will post any updates to this Privacy Policy on this page. The revised version will be effective when posted. If we make material changes, we may notify you via a notice on our website. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically.
